You must check the buyer's age before shipping, ship only wine you produce, and file the reports the state requires. (Source: Arizona Revised Statutes, A.R.S. 4-203.04)

What makes Arizona different?

Arizona is one of only about a dozen places that allow spirits shipping, but only for small craft distilleries under 20,000 gallons a year. Wine shipping is open with a 12-case annual cap, and Arizona is stricter than most on age checks: wine shippers must verify the buyer's age with an ID copy or a verification service before the order ships.

Who regulates alcohol in Arizona?
